* Admitted patients are requested to the follow the instruction of doctors and staff.

* If you are allergic to any medicine, please inform the doctor at the time of addmission.

* If you have an appointment for any investigation, kindly follow the instructions issued by doctors/nursing staff.

* Please follow all pre-operative as well as Post-operative guidelines advised by the doctors/nursing staff.

* Please pay for charges only after approval of the nursing staff. All payments should be deposited only in the accounts office. Please take a receipt of the payments made.

* Do not pay money to any unknown persons for purchasing food or medicines from outside.

* Please keep your hospital clean & dispone of waste in the appropriate color coded bins as described below.

Black bags/bins - (waste for disposal in municipal dust bins)

General waste papers, wrapper, cardboars, kitchen waste, Left Over Eatables.

Yellow bags/bins - (Waste for incineration)

Human Anatomical Waste, Non-plastic Contaminated Or Soiled Waste-Dressing, Swabs, Bandages Etc Or Microbiological Or Pathological Wastes, Cytotoxic & Discarded Medicines, Sharps (only In Sharp Container/cardboard Box).

Red bags/bins - (Waste for Autoclave, Microwave, Chemical Disinfection Followed by Shredding or Mutilation)

Plastic & Rubber Contaminated with Blood or Human Secretion Syringes, Iv Sets, Plastic Culture Plates, Tubes, Catheters, Cannula, Drains, Dialysers, Urobags, Blood Bags, Gloves Etc.

* Please close Taps, Geyser & TV when not required.

* If you do not want food from hospital please inform the nursing staff well in advance.

* Please return all the utensils of the hospital after each meal.

* Please park your vehicle in the authorised area only.

* Smoking is not allowed in the hospital.

* Do not carry explosives/inflammable material to the hospital and follow all fire safety precautions.

* Washing clothes & use of heater is not allowed in the rooms.

* Please take care of your belongings.

* Room Rent Timing start from 12:00 noon.

* Please visit your patient as per the hours given below only.

           Visiting Hours -

SUMMER : 1st April to30th Sep - 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

WNTER : 1st Dec to 31st March - 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

* Children below 10 years are not allowed as they are likely to catch infection.

* Only one attendant is allowed per patient not he/she must carry the patient attendant pass at all times.

* Please return keys, remote, bed sheets, blankets, pillow cover to the nursing staff before surrendering your room, !! Thanks for your Co-operation !!.
