What is wordpad?

 You can use wordpad to create or edit text file than contain formatting or graphing. You can create hading in your text file. The extension name of the wordpad is .DOC (Document).

Bar of wordpad :-

(1). Title bar (2). Menu bar  (3). Standard tool bar (4). Formatting bar  (5). Ruler bar  (6). Status bar.

Menu and Command of Wordpad:-

1). File menu:- file menu have following command.

2). Open:- Same as paint.

3). New:- Same as paint.

4). Save:- same as paint.

5). Save as:-same as paint.

6). Print:-same as paint.

7). Print preview:-same as paint.

8). Page setup:-same as paint.

9). Send:-same as paint.

10). Exit:-same as paint.

Edit Menu -

1). Undo :- same as paint.

2). Open :- same as paint.

3). Copy :- same as paint.

4). Paste :- same as paint.

5). Past special :- this command is used to insert the cut or copy matter with option ( unformatted text, picture, formatted text, and icon).

6). Clear command :- Delete the selected text.

7). Find  :- This command is used to select the all Text of the current file. The shortcut of (Ctrl+F).

9). Find next :- This command is used to find the next word or character. Shortcut is (F3).

10). Replace :- This command is used to replace any word or character in you text file. Shortcut is (Ctrl+H).

11). Links :- This command is used to change the picture into Icon and change Icon into the picture.

12). Object :- This command is used to editing in picture file.

View Menu:-

View has following command.

1). Tool bar - This command is used to show or hide the standard tool bar.

2). Format bar - This command is used to show or hide the format bar.

3). Ruler bar - It is used to show or hide the ruler bar.

4). Status bar - It is used to show or hide the status bar.

5). Option - This command is used to show or hide tool bar, format bar, ruler bar, status bar, you can set word wrap by this command.

Insert Menu :-

Insert Menu have following command.

1). Date time- This command is used to insert the current data and time in your current picture. Where is your cursor?

2). Object- This command is use to insert any object or file in your current picture. These command have two options.

(a) Create new :- this option is used to insert a new picture.

(b) Create from file :- This option is used to insert an old picture.

Format Menu :-

Format Menu have following command.

1). Font:- This command is used to change the font. Font style, size color.

2). Bullet style:- You can set the bullet style into our text by the command.

3). Paragraph:- You can set the paragraph by this command.

4). Tabs :- This command used to set the tab stoke in our page then. We can write the matter in same distance.
